Summary - Recommendations
Stormwater can be routed to the existing storm basin on the condo property. This basin is approximately 200 ft. from the storm drains in the entrance.
A retention basin can be created on the south side (west border) for primary collection of the large volume of storm water.
Culverts can be created to retain storm water for drainage into the ground instead for discharging through the pipe.
The stormwater from the north side of the road does not require changes. This can be managed and does not significantly contribute to erosion because the water is dispersed.
